There are numerous myths surrounding hormone replacement therapy (HRT), primarily stemming from misinterpretations of past studies. Current research shows that with estrogen therapy, when started before age 60, the risk for cancer remains very low—lower than the risk associated with being overweight, drinking a couple of glasses of wine each night, or not exercising. And it may even lower the risk of heart attack and other health issues. HRT isn’t something to fear—it’s a tool to improve life quality and health.

A Look at Male Hormone Health

Men also experience hormonal changes, often beginning after age 30, resulting in fatigue, decreased muscle mass, and weight gain. Testosterone therapy, administered via creams, injections, or pellets, can dramatically improve energy levels and muscle development, empowering men to regain their vitality.
