Ameline Shoppe is more than just a carefully curated women’s clothing boutique that specializes in timeless styles and bold statement pieces for ladies of all ages—it is also the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of its founder, Autumn Amos. As the shop approaches its two-year anniversary in November, Autumn reflects on her mission to provide a one-of-a-kind, ever-changing, well-curated collection as well as the ultimate shopping experience for each customer. 

“I have always been a dreamer, and a very determined one,” Autumn shares. “I believe that having an amazing work ethic has to be key for success in anything we do. Having passion for my business is what sustains me.” Autumn loves nothing more than meeting new customers in the shoppe and helping them achieve a positive body image which ultimately leads to confidence. Her goal is for customers to have an amazing shopping experience resulting in feeling beautiful and “put together” in their wardrobe pieces.

Taking the leap from a salaried career to opening her own boutique was the greatest professional risk Autumn has ever taken, but it’s one she wouldn’t trade for anything. Her passion for fashion is only matched by her dedication to her community. As a woman of faith and integrity with a commitment to her community and a willingness to help others, she has always enjoyed networking throughout her career and giving back remains important to her. Today, she’s actively involved with the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Milton Business Committee, The Junior League of Atlanta, and other local organizations. A previous career in fundraising for non-profits provided the knowledge of the many ways her own business can give back. Autumn has been actively involved with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) Friends of Milton as a member of the hosting committee for the annual “Down and Derby” fundraiser event as well as sponsoring silent auction items.

Ameline Shoppe also hosts private shopping events for any occasion, whether for a girls’ night out or a bridal party, or for a corporate gathering. Recently, they hosted a real estate team from which proceeds were donated to local charities.

Personal styling services are available for those who desire more in-depth and one-on-one coaching. By completing a 30-minute consultation via phone, Autumn gains an understanding of your wardrobe needs and wants based on your current lifestyle and activities, as well as your personality. From there, she creates a curated selection of items for you to come into the store and try during a scheduled private session.

When asked about those who inspire her, Autumn shares, “I am a huge Sara Blakely fan! As a woman entrepreneur and the inventor of Spanx—which might possibly be one of the greatest inventions of all time—Sara has traveled all over the world public speaking and encouraging women to follow their dreams and to not take no for an answer.” She also seeks guidance through daily chats with her mother, who has been her rock and number one cheerleader since the inception of Ameline, encouraging her to never give up on her dream.

Outside of her work, Autumn enjoys living in downtown Alpharetta after previously living in Brookhaven and Dunwoody. “It is such an easy commute to my store in Milton. I am really enjoying all of the amazing restaurants—that I can just walk to!”  She also appreciates that she can quickly be back in Atlanta to visit the apparel mart at AmericasMart, or for leisure to attend concerts at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, a Braves game at Truist Park, or concerts and sporting events at Mercedes-Benz downtown.

With a degree in fashion merchandising from The University of Georgia and her experiences in luxury retail and visual merchandising as well as special event planning, Autumn has integrated her skills and experience to create something truly special. Ameline Shoppe boasts many amazing brands from fine cocktail attire, elevated classics, loungewear, as well as beautiful lines of jewelry and accessories. Each piece is selected with an eye for classic, impressionable looks that cater to women of all ages.

For Autumn, Ameline Shoppe isn’t just a boutique—it’s a way to bring beauty and confidence to the women of Milton. “Women are amazing,” Autumn offers. “I am constantly in awe of how women juggle family and career and make it look so easy.
